wthell is going on with gachapin

Been receiving msgs and they stopped uploading someone broke rules- AGAIN and I just got a new msg and what? They.. like, I seriously have no idea what is going on. :/ Are they asking people to leave the box? I am so lost here lol. I got the basics of the previous ones but this one, wheeew no clue. *headdesk*
