1. best pair (choose 3 pairs)
2. best brothers (choose 2 pairs)
3. best married-old-couple (choose 2 pairs)
4. best athletes (choose 2 pairs)
5. best manzai pair (choose 2 pairs)

- choose from the drop down menu, the text box below is so that you can fill out a reason (optional)
- required fields at bottom marked with red, in order: age, gender, prefecture, nickname
- last field is email (optional)
- when done, click the 送信 (send) button, you'll get a confirmation page, click 送信 again
- deadline: 110318, 17:00 japan time
